In a current ARM that is fining to go up in August there is no way that we will be able to afford the $300 hike in our mortgage we will have to walk away from the house. We got behind on our payments and tried to refinance but ended up in a worse situation than our original loan. We put our house on the market and have gone through 2 different offers with no short sale agreement. My real estate agent has had an ongoing disaster with Saxon Loss Mitigation Department. We have had the property listed for over 1 1/2 years w/ short sale package submitted over 1 yr ago to Saxon. She has presented over 8 offers which have been ignored. They claim the S.S.package is incomplete, so we would re-send it, one day they say they have it and the next week its missing...They change the workout person every three months and would not accept any offers. Customer service is a joke they don\'t know what their doing. My house has been vacant for this entire time and last week their was a fire and it totally damage my house. My agent called Saxon to report this and she was given the run around. ^The customer service person told her \"this was not his problem or his department and wanted to know if the debut was going to be paid!!!
HOW HUMAN IS THAT...The real estate agent who sold me this house was also my loan agent (conflict of interested) who tricked me into waiving the home inspection. I would have never bought this house if I know bad it was. I was new to the area and I didn\'t know it was in a high crime area gang area. He pushed this house for the dual sale.
I am a victim and now Saxon has joined in to ruin my life. Why did they ignore my Short Sale? I am sure I will never get a reply back. Hate Saxon Mortgage web

I am currently separating from the United States Marine Corps after 10 1/2 years of honorable service. I have found a new career, but the pay is the same as I was making in the Marines. I am living paycheck to paycheck, using my Credit Card, and have almost depleted my savings to keep my current house. I have a pregnant wife and 3 kids right now. When the newborn comes, I will not be able to make ends meat with the added cost I will have. I will have to walkaway from the property. I have tried to contact and talk to Saxon Mortgage, but I haven't received a response in 3 months. I also had a VP from a Non-Profit Organization that assists homeowners try to contact them, no luck from that angle.
